The story of Baristas Bcn dates back more than 15 years, when Pere Montserrat decided to take his passion for coffee to a new level. With the aim of bringing the authentic coffee shop experience to any trade fair or conference, our company was born with a clear vision: to offer unforgettable moments through the five senses.
Since our beginnings, we have dedicated ourselves to perfecting every detail to create a complete sensory experience. It’s not just about serving coffee, but about awakening emotions and satisfying our customers’ senses. With techniques such as etching, 3D printing, and latte art, each cup becomes a work of art that delights both the eyes and the palate.
Our commitment to excellence has led us to explore new techniques and flavors, from artisanal coffee to refreshing frappes, as well as traditional brews like the V60 and Mokka. At every event, we strive to recreate the welcoming atmosphere of a real coffee shop, where every detail is carefully considered to offer a unique experience.
Furthermore, we’ve taken our coffee art in an eco-friendly and sustainable way, incorporating alternative blends with plant-based drinks to satisfy all palates and dietary needs. pere montserrat
Pere Montserrat is a master barista who has specialized and trained in the preparation and serving of high-quality coffee for over 25 years. His expertise extends beyond all facets of coffee, from selecting beans and choosing brewing methods to creating artistic and delicious beverages.
Through its workshops and customized coffee projects, it provides teams with increasingly innovative methodologies and product knowledge, aiming to fully respect the raw material: the coffee itself. Its philosophy promotes sustainability, environmental awareness, and the use of increasingly sustainable energy sources throughout all production processes.
It collaborates closely with major brands, hotel chains, and gastronomic events, both in the coffee and restaurant sectors, helping them to generate recipe books from the very beginning, and improving standards in the methodologies or processes of each company, with the aim of increasing the number of services or the quality of the preparations.
Oliver Roig
Oliver Roig, with solid experience in event organization and as a promoter of activities linked to the world of coffee, is responsible for R&D&I at BaristasBCN.
He emphasizes his commitment to innovation and also contributes his skills as a space logistics technician, thus consolidating his versatility and comprehensive knowledge in various areas related to coffee and event management.
Whether it’s a food truck, a small space, or a large-scale event, he is able to adapt to all needs, down to the smallest detail.
